The OPCA OEW program offers technical support and resources to its member CHCs and acts as a liasion between CHCs and state or community partners.

Through quarterly meetings, OPCA brings together workers from across the state to network with one another and with state partners, facilitating critical conversations that help remove barriers to enrollment for children, adults and families in Oregon.
