- Individuals and families experiencing homelessness
- Migratory and agricultural workers and their dependents
- Residents of public housing
- Native Hawaiians
National Training and Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreements
The National Training and Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreements (NCAs) provide free training and technical assistance that is data driven, cutting edge and focused on quality and operational improvement to support health centers and look-alikes. These resources include state/regional/national trainings, webinars, newsletters, toolkits, and fact sheets and are accessible to health centers at no cost. For more information visit, HRSA's National Training and Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreements page.
