Workforce Development Manager

Oregon Primary Care Association (OPCA) seeks a Workforce Development Manager who contributes substantial subject matter and project management expertise to the development and implementation of technical assistance and training programs that support and strengthen the community health center workforce, develop community partnerships with members to establish sustainable workforce pathways, and integrate diversity, equity and inclusion into workforce conversations, policies, and procedures.

Those with an understanding of, or lived experience with, community health centers, safety net clinics, and health care non-profits are welcome to apply, even if you don’t meet all the qualifications. We are willing to train, but please continue reading for more information about this opportunity.
