State and Federal Policy Director
Oregon Primary Care Association (OPCA), the nonprofit membership organization of Oregon’s community health centers, seeks a highly experienced State and Federal Policy Director who can bring their years of experience to support our mission, values, and membership. This is a full time 1.0 FTE exempt position.
The State and Federal Policy Director is a key part of OPCA’s Executive Team, and understands complex organizational and community dynamics. This position is responsible for the strategy, structure, and implementation of processes to monitor the policy landscape and effectively address issues facing community health centers and the communities they serve. The State and Federal Policy Director works collaboratively across the organization to align policy and advocacy work with the strategic priorities of the organization in service of the mission. This position works closely with the Policy Manager and the Strategic Advisor & Special Projects Director, and is the liaison to the OPCA Board of Directors’ Policy Committee.
