Description:Northwest Human Services is a non-profit leader in providing advocacy, quality healthcare and social services in Oregon since 1970. 

We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated Physician for a full time position at our West Salem Clinic.


Our Physicians help patients of all ages across a broad range of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds improve their health outcomes by providing exceptional and trauma-informed primary medical care. You will coach and counsel our care teams based on Northwest Human Services philosophy, goals and objectives, and work collaboratively to achieve them. 


Board certified or board eligible for certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine
Completion of ACGME accredited three-year residency program in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine
Must be licensed or eligible for medical license as an MD or DO, in the State of Oregon
Must have prescriptive authority and current DEA certification
A desire to work with a diverse patient population and a commitment to addressing social determinants of health in a team approach to primary care


Previous Community Health Center experience is strongly preferred
Bilingual skills in Spanish/English are strongly preferred

Northwest Human Services is an innovative Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Oregon that has been providing residents of Marion and Polk counties with compassionate and professional medical, behavioral, mental health, dental, and wraparound services for over 45 years. Our programs are designed to maximize support for those in our community who need it most - uninsured individuals, families, homeless individuals, and migrant workers.  In addition to our Transitional Programs that provide services for homeless individuals, our medical clinics are Tier V Patient Centered Medical Homes. Our West Salem location offers fully integrated primary care, psychiatry, therapy, and dentistry all on one campus.
